Abstract:

The electrochemical behaviors of sudanⅠat carbon paste electrode(CPE) was studied by linear sweep voltammetry(LSV), successive cyclic voltammograms and chronocoulometry. The electrochemical responses of sudanⅠwere greatly enhanced in the presence of trace the anionic surfactant sodium doddecyl benzene sulfonic(SDBS) .In the range of 2.0×10-7~ 1.5×10-5 mol/L, the oxidation peak current was linear with sudanⅠconcentration and a low detection limit of 6.0×10-8mol/L was obtained for 180s accumulation at open circuit. This method suitable for the analysis of sudanⅠin the hot pepper product ,ketchup food and so on.
