Abstract:

Under the healthy China strategy and the modernization background of traditional Chinese medicine industry, Jilin Province has positioned its ginseng industry as the core engine for regional economic growth, yet faces challenges from interdisciplinary talent shortages spanning cultivation, processing, and marketing. Addressing the disconnection between local university education in traditional Chinese pharmacy and industrial demands, this study establishes a three-chain integrated teaching reform paradigm (“industry chain-curriculum chain-talent chain”) to explore pathways for deep industry-education integration. It provides practical models for universities in regions with authentic medicinal materials to serve regional industrial development, thereby supporting the construction of Jilin's billion-level ginseng industry cluster and advancing the modernization strategy of traditional Chinese medicine.
