Abstract: The phase separation of the core-shell type polyacrylatepolyurethane cast films has been studied by mechanodynamic test, IR and DSC methods. The results indicated that the existence of hydrogen bondings between acetone C=O in the core and —NH in the shell improves the phase separation of the soft and hard segments in the shell, and also improves the compatibility of the core and shell, breaking the short range order of the hard segments.
