Abstract: A violent streamer discharge produced by ultra-strong narrow pulse electric field in the whole reactor makes N2 and H2 ionize and dissociate to transform a large number of free atoms, ions and radicals forming a non-equilibrium plasma at normal pressure. The concentration of NH3 gas thus synthesized could reach 4884 μL/L.
