Abstract: By using microcalorimetric method, the thermogenesis power curves of aerobacter aerogenes growth at different temperature and under the action of different drugs were determined. From the thermogenesis power curves. the growth rate constants k of aerobacter aerogenes were calculated as: lnP1= lnP0+k ·t. From the equation k =A(T-a)en(T-a),the optimum growth temperature Tm= (310.21?0.94) K was obtained. Tm is a very significant constant of bacterial growth.
