OSCILLATION PHENOMENA IN CONDUCTANCE OF DOPED SnO2 AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

Abstract: The oscillation phenomena of electrical conductance of SnO2 polycrystal doped with Al2O3 and MgO have been observed at room temperature. The dependance of the oscillation upon the constitution of the surrounding atmosphere, e.g. concentration of O2, CO, C2H2, air as well as N2 is reported.
