Abstract: The mass spectra of phosphodiamidoates have been studied using positive ion FABMS and negative ion FABMS. Attention was focused on the distinction between positive ion FABMS and negative ion FABMS. The ion fragmentation mechanism is confirmed by using linked scanning techniques.
