Abstract: Proton transfer across water/nitrobenzene and water/1,2-dichloroethane interfaces facili-tated by medemycin has been studied using cyclic voltammetry and can be used as a rapid, simple method for determination of medemycin over the range of 20~1400μg/mL.The detec-tion limit of medemycin is 10μg/mL.Drug samples were analyzed and compared withbiological assays with satisfactory results.
