Abstract: The kinetic behavior of Zn(Ⅱ)-hematoporphyrin formation reaction in anionic and nonionic surfactant mediums has been studied by the two-exponential fitting of fluorescence decay time of the system. The metal-porphyrin intexaction mechanism and the incorporation rate equations have been suggested. The similar study of Zn(Ⅱ)-tetraphenylporphyrin system was carried out to check tbe validity of the time-resolved fluorescence approach proposed by the authors.
