Cu x In y 合金协同多酸电催化还原CO2制备宽比例合成气

摘要:

利用非并网电力进行CO2转化再利用,是“双碳”背景下优势途径之一。 为实现CO2还原制备合成气的宽比例可调,设计构建了Cu x In yxy表示元素物质的量)合金与PV2MoW9协同催化体系。 在不同铜、铟比合金系列中,Cu1In3表现出最优的CO2电催化活性,在-0.6 V外加电压作用下获得95.3%的CO法拉第效率,且稳定时长高达53 h。 铜铟合金的存在削弱了中间体*CO与催化剂的结合,加速了*CO解吸为CO的进程,从而提高了产物CO的选择性。 在该体系中,CO2还原过程为: CO2*CO2-?*COOH→*CO→CO。

Abstract:

Utilizing non grid connected electricity for CO2 conversion and reuse is one of the promising approaches in the context of “dual carbon”. In order to achieve a wide and adjustable proportion of syngas via CO2 reduction, synergistic catalytic system of Cu x In y alloy and PV2MoW9 were designed and constructed. Among alloy series of Cu x In y, Cu1In3 exhibits the optimal CO2 electrocatalytic activity, achieving a high CO Faraday efficiency of 95.3% under an applied voltage of -0.6 V and a stable duration of up to 53 h. Further experimental analysis and theoretical studies indicated that copper-indium alloy weakens the binding between the intermediate *CO and the catalyst, accelerates the process of *CO desorption into CO, and thus improves the selectivity of CO. In this system, the CO2 reduction process is as follows: CO2*CO2-*COOH→ *CO →CO.
