可视化检测技术在生化分析领域中的应用研究进展

摘要:

可视化检测技术是通过待测物的刺激引发一系列反应产生光学信号,进而在裸眼或者图像处理技术的辅助下,实现对待测物进行定量的技术。将可视化检测技术应用于生化分析领域中,可以有效降低检测成本,并改善依赖专业仪器、专业人员和操作繁琐等问题。本文介绍了近15年来可视化检测技术在生化分析领域中的最新研究进展,根据产生的信号可大致分类为颗粒计数法、比色法、液晶传感、距离信号和侧向流动试纸条等方法。最后,本文对可视化检测技术的优势以及挑战进行了分析,并对可视化检测技术的开发及其在生化分析领域的应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:

Visual detection technology is that generates optical signals in the visible region through the specific interaction between the targets and micro-nanoparticles or other materials, and then realizes the quantification of targets with the assistance of the naked eye or image processing technology. The application of visual detection technology in the field of bioanalysis can effectively reduce the detection cost, improve the low efficiency of biological detection, simplify the complicated operation steps, and solve the problems such as the need to use professional instruments. This work introduces the latest research progress of visual detection technology in the field of bioanalysis in recent 15 years. According to the detection principle, it can be classified into particle counting method, colorimetry method, liquid crystal sensing method, range signal method, and lateral flow test strip method. Finally, the advantages and challenges of visual detection technology are analyzed, and the future application prospects of visual detection technology in the field of bioanalysis are prospected.
