棉杆纤维素的改性 Ⅰ.棉杆纤维含氮衍生物的制备及其吸附性能

摘要: 用环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺交联制得的粉末状纤维具有离子交换的性能,可用于化学和药物分析[1].纤维素芳胺衍生物,可从血液中吸附含量极低的脂蛋白(Lipoprotein)[2] .用-纤维素与TiCl4共水解得到的产物对Cr6+离子具有特殊的吸附分离性能[3].在纤维素衍生物的制备中,通常使用优质棉.本文利用由农业废弃物棉杆制得的棉杆纤维,经碱化后与环氧氯丙烷反 应,得到具环氧活性基的棉杆纤维素醚(CE)白色粉末(40~80目),对反应中碱的浓度和环氧氯丙烷的用量进行了讨论.CE再与5,8-二氮杂十二烷,乙二胺反应,制得两种棉杆纤维含氮 的衍生物.经元素和红外光谱分析,并用电导法和ICP法测定了他们对多种金属离子的吸附容量.

Abstract: Cotton stalk cellulose ether(CE) having active epoxy groups was prepared by reaction of alkaline cotton stalk cellulose with epichlorohydrin. Two nitrogen containing cotton stalk cellulose derivatives(CENB, CENH) were then obtained by reacting CE with 5,8-diazadodecane and ethylenediamine, respectively. They exhibited better adsorptive capacities to Hg2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Cr3+ and Cu2+ ions and could be used repeatedly as anion exchanger.
