Pt/CdS光催化剂表面修饰和表面结构

Surface Modification and Surface Structure of Pt/CdS Photocatalyst

摘要: 近年来对在Pt/CdS 催化剂上醇水溶液的光催化脱氢过程进行了广泛研究[1~3]. 在实验中Pt/CdS 经520℃高温空气处理后可显示较好的脱氢活性,这是由于CdS 表面呈现出较为合适的结构和酸碱性质[3],使其所担载的铂完全转化为零价铂. 但是高温空气处理的条件难于精确控制,使催化剂的脱氢活性重复性很差. 我们用含1.30g/m3 O2的高纯氮气在520℃高温处理Pt/CdS 催化剂,使它的脱氢活性,铂价态,表面酸碱性,表面结构和组成随处理时间规律性地变化,使制备Pt/CdS 催化剂的方法易于控制,重复性好. 用XPS、XRD 和电镜等方法对Pt/CdS 表面结构和组成进行了分析,确定了高温氮气(含1. 30g/m3 O2)处理时间对催化剂Pt/CdS 脱氢活性、表面结构和性质的对应关系。

Abstract: Pt/CdS catalysts were treated at high temperature in nitrogen gas containing 1.30 g/m3 O2. The surface composition and structure of catalysts were studied by XPS, XRD and TEM. Results show that a regular change in the Pt valence and CdS surface composition takes place with treating time. It is verified that low concentration oxygen has an action of modifying Pt/CdS surface.
