摘要: 钛酸镁是高频低介电常数的电容陶瓷材料,以往合成MgTi2O5的方法都采用固相烧结法,即用二氧化钦和氧化镁在1000℃以上的温度下锻烧生成,这种方法不仅能耗高.而且由于长时间高温烧结造成颗粒长大,得不到纳米级粉体.

Abstract: With H2TiO3,H2O2,NH3,MgCl2 6H20 as reactants the nanometer scale MgTi2O5 powder was prepared by chemical coprecipitation.We confirmed that the optimum mole ratio of H2TiO3,H2O2 and NH3 was 1:8:2 and studied the reaction mechanism preliminarily.The TEM and XRD were used to investigate the particle diameter and phase of the powder respectively.
