Preparation of Macroporous Silica Gels for Gel Permeation Chromatography

摘要: 采用NaCl、LiCl~KNO3 3组分盐,通过一次焙烧扩孔,制备了孔径4×102~1×103 nm的大孔硅胶,其孔容可达0.8 mL/g,孔度为0.65以上。实验结果表明,可用于GPC分离相对分子质量为1.5×107以下的聚丙烯酰胺。

Abstract: Macroporous silica gels of average pore size of 4 × 102~1 × 103 nm were prepared from silica gels of an average pore size of 20~30 nm by calcination. The obtained products have pore volumes of 0.8 mL/g and porosity of more than 0.65. Tests have shown that such macroporous silica gels can be used in GPC for the separation of polyacrylamide with Mw < 1.5 × 107.
