摘要: 采用纳米技术及对纳米级粉体材料的掺杂,可实现对二氧化锡本体材料的改性,很大程度上提高二氧化锡气敏材料的灵敏度和选择性,本文综述二氧化锡气敏材料的制备及应用进展。

Abstract: The selectivity and sensitivity of SnO2 gas sensing material liave been improved greatly by application of nanotechnique and dopants. In this paper the recent advances in preparation, doping and gas sensing mechanism of the SnO2 gas sensing material are reviewed。
