摘要: 近年来对高分子电解质湿敏材料的研制十分活跃,本文报道以聚γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷季铵化合物的湿敏材料及其元件性能。

Abstract: The moisture sensing characteristics of three kinds of compounds prepared by quaternized poly(γ-aminpropyltriethoxysilane) were examined. The results showed that the moisture sensors have the sensitivity>103 (30%~90%RH), hysteresis<2%, response time<30s, good selectivity and reusability.
