摘要: 用α-Fe2O3研制成的加热式气敏元件功耗大(约1.5W)。常温SnO2-α-Fe2O3气敏元件功耗低(约0.1W),灵敏度高,响应恢复快,稳定,具有一定选择性。

Abstract: A room temperature gas sensor has been prepared from SnO2-α-Fe2O3 without doping of noble metals. The sensor has a large specific surface area and higher sensitivity for H2, coal gas and LPG, but insensitive to CO and CH4. Its response time is about 25 seconds, recovery time is about 21 seconds, and energy consumption of 0.1 W.
