1-(α-萘乙酰基)-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲及3-(α-萘亚甲基)-4-芳酰基-1,2,4-三唑琳-5-硫酮的合成

SYNTHESIS OF 1-(α-NAPHTHYLACETYL)-4-AROYLTHIO-SEMICARBAZIDES AND 3-(α-NAPHTHYLMETHENE)-4-AROYL-1, 2, 4-TRIAZOLINE-5-THIONES

摘要: 许多酰氨基硫脲类衍生物有抗病毒[1,2]、抗细菌[3,4]、抗肿瘤[5,6]等功效,我们曾经通过5-(α-萘)-2H-四唑-2-乙酰肼[7]与芳酰异硫氰酸酯缩合得一系列新的酰氨基硫脲和相关的杂环衍生物,观察到它们在很低的浓度下就有调节小麦芽鞘生长的功能。Kothari等用α-萘乙酰肼与芳基异硫氰酸酯缩和制得一系列1-(α-萘乙酰基)-4-芳基氨基硫脲及3-(α-蔡亚甲基)-4-芳基-1,2,4-三哇咐-5-硫酮,发现它们具有消炎的功能[8]

Abstract: Fourteen 1-(α-naphthylacetyl)-4-aroylthiosemicarbazidesⅡ and 3- (α-naphthylmethene)-4-aroyl-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thiones Ⅲ were prepared. The structures of typical compounis were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and MS measurements. All the compounds Showed an antifungal activity against E.Coli.
