A NOVEL BINARY IRON CATALYST FOR BUTADIENE POLYMERIZATION

摘要: 本文研究了一类新型的二元铁催化剂:FeCln·3L(n=2或3,L为P350或磷酸三丁酯)-AIR3对丁二烯聚合的某些规律。结果表明,它们对丁二烯聚合具有很高的催化活性,并且可使其聚合成顺1,4含量为75%左右,1,2含量为25%左右的聚丁二烯。单体浓度,不同铁络合物,AIR3用量和聚合温度对丁二烯聚合反应均有显著的影响。

Abstract: The polymerization of butadiene catalyzed by the new binary iron catalysts FeCln·3L-AlR3 (n = 2 or 3, L = P350 or O = P(OBu)3) has been studied.Polybutadiene having about 75% of cis-1,4 and 25% of 1,2 units was obtained.The obtimum Al/Fe ratio in the catalystsystem was found.The effects of monomer concentration, varity of iron complex andpolymerization temperature on polymerization of butadiene were examined.
