摘要: Nd(C8H11)Cl2·3THF与不同烷基铝〔Et3Al,i-Bu3Al,HAl(i-Bu2)〕组成的催化体系可催化丁二烯聚合。实验结果表明,催化剂活性取决于所用的烷基铝、铝钕比和催化剂用量,而溶剂对催化活性影响不大。聚合物的微观结构则不受烷基铝种类、溶剂、铬钕比和催化剂用量的影响,均可得到高顺式(97—98%)聚丁二烯。

Abstract: Butadiene was polymerized with the catalyst system composed of Nd(C8H11)Cl2·3THF and aluminium alkyls. The experimental results show that the activity of the catalysts depends on the aluminium alkyls used,the ratio of Al/Nd and the concentration of the catalysts,but not remarkably affected by solvents. The microstruture of the polymers was independent of the polymerization conditions used.Polybutadicne,with high cis-1,4 content(97-98%)was obtained.
