含[BMIM]Cl-ZnCl2和非质子溶剂的凝胶聚合物电解质的合成

Gel polymer electrolytes Prepared by in Situ Radical Polymerization of Vinyl Monomers in [BMIM]Cl-ZnCl2 and Aprotic Solvents

摘要:

以烯类单体MA、MMA、HEMA为基质,通过原位聚合,合成了同时含离子液体[BMIM]Cl-ZnCl2和非质子溶剂的一系列新型凝胶聚合物电解质,用FTIR、AC、TG等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征。研究表明,聚合物电解质具有复合物结构;[BMIM]Cl-ZnCl2和非质子溶剂PC﹑DMC的加入使聚合物电解质的室温离子电导率大大增加,达2.83×10−3 S/cm,且与温度的关系符合VTF方程;聚合物电解质的热分解温度大于275 ℃,显示出良好的热稳定性。

Abstract:

Abstract: Gel polymer electrolytes with ionic liquid [BMIM]Cl-ZnCl2 and aprotic solvents in vinyl monomers matrix MA、MMA、HEMA were prepared and studied.The polymer electrolytes were formed by in situ free radical polymerization.Structure and properities of the product were studied using FTIR、AC、TG.The interactions and structure changes of the composites were investigated by FTIR. The combination of a Lewis acid c ionic liquid, [BMIM]Cl-ZnCl2 with aprotic solvents,[BMIM]Cl-ZnCl2,PCand DMC strongly increases the ionic conductivity in comparison with the neat ionic liquid.,which showed highly ionic conductivity up to2.83×10−3 S/cm at room temperatur. And the activation energies of ions were calculated according to VTF equation.Gel polymer electrolytes exhibited high decomposition temperatures above 275 ℃.
