形成性评价体系在药物分析实验课程中的实践与应用

摘要:

实验课程是药学专业人才培养的重要组成部分,是巩固学生基础知识、培养学生科研素养和创新能力的主要途径。 药物分析作为药学专业的核心课程,其实验课程的设计应紧扣人才培养方案和课程大纲,重点培养学生科研思维和实践能力。 形成性评价体系将多维度、贯穿教学活动始终的评价体系作为达成教学目标的有效评价手段。 在药物分析实验课中应用形成性评价,达成“目标-过程-评价-反馈-改进”的教学活动循环,通过循环模型持续性的反馈和指导,促使教师优化教学策略,完善教学内容,有针对性地帮助学生提高学习效率,最终达到既定的学习目标,提升教学成果。 从形成性评价入手,落实“以学生为中心”的教育理念,激发学生自主学习的内驱力,培养学生创新精神,使学生成为具有高度社会责任感、科研能力和创新思维的药学专业人才。

Abstract:

Laboratory courses are a essential component in the training of pharmacy professionals, serving as the primary method to consolidate students' foundational knowledge, cultivate scientific literacy, and develop their innovative capabilities. As a core course in the pharmacy curriculum, the design of pharmaceutical analysis laboratory courses should closely align with talent development plans and syllabi, focusing on cultivating students' scientific thinking and practical skills. Applying formative assessment in pharmaceutical analysis laboratory classes establishes a “goal-process-assessment-feedback-improvement” teaching activity cycle. Through the feedback loop model's continuous feedback and guidance, it encourages teachers to adjust and optimize teaching strategies, refine teaching content, and help students improve learning efficiency in a targeted manner, ultimately achieving set learning objectives and enhancing educational outcomes. Starting with formative assessment, the educational philosophy of “student-centeredness” is implemented, stimulating students' intrinsic motivation for self-directed learning, nurturing their innovative spirit, and developing pharmacy professionals with a strong sense of social responsibility, innovative thinking, and scientific research capabilities.
