摘要:

表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)因其独有的快速检测、高灵敏度、低检测限和无损分析等优点,在医学检验领域有着广泛的研究。 SERS增强基底的成功构建是SERS技术实现以上优点的前提。 本文介绍了SERS的增强机制,在血液检测中,对其增强基底的设计进行了分类及讨论,将其分为无标签基底和有标签基底两大类,并根据材料应用的不同和基底设计的方式不同进行进一步的细分。 对近年来血液检测中SERS检测应用相关文献进行了回顾,综述了在血液检验中不同类型增强基底的设计方法及应用特征。 最后,对SERS增强基底在血液检验中的设计进行了总结与展望。

Abstract:

Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has been extensively studied in the field of medical testing due to its unique advantages of rapid detection, high sensitivity, low detection limits and non-destructive analysis. The successful construction of SERS substrates is essential for realizing these benefits. In this paper, the enhancement mechanism of SERS is introduced, the design of its enhanced substrate in blood detection is categorized and discussed. It is divided into two categories: label-free substrates and label substrates, and further subdivided according to different material applications and substrate design methods. A review of relevant literature on the application of SERS detection in blood testing in recent years, summarizes the design methods and application characteristics of different types of enhanced substrates in blood testing. Finally, the design of SERS-enhanced substrate in blood examination is summarized and prospected.
