探针技术石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定人发中痕量铅

GFAAS Determination of Trace Lead in Human Hair with Graphite Probe Furnace

摘要: 大量研究表明, 人体很多疾病的发生与微量元素的失调有关[1]. 世界卫生组织认为, 每天摄取铅量超过 200~300μg就会引起中毒[2]. 测量人发中痕量铅的方法有X射线荧光光谱法[3]、原子荧光光谱法[4]、阳极溶出伏安法[5]、高效液相色谱法[6]等. 由于人发中铅的含量很低, 因而要求测定的方法灵敏度高, 重现性好, 操作简便. 石墨探针原子化技术是一种等温原子化的新技术, 它具有加热速率快, 原子化效率高, 基体干扰少, 操作简单等特点, 是一项良好的痕量分析技术[7]. 本文采用该技术对痕量铅进行了一系列条件试验, 并成功地测定了人发中铅的含量。

Abstract: The graphite furnace atomic absorption method with praphite probe has been used satisfactorily in determination of trace lead in hair. A linear relationship between the concentration of lead and peak area of absorbance was found, when the former is 0~250.μg/L. The method has a recovery of 98%~102%.
