摘要: γ-丁内酯是一种精细化学品, 用作高沸点、高电导率溶剂, 是聚吡咯烷酮系列产品的起始原料. 近年来, 作为环丙沙星、脑复康、维生素B1等的重要原料, 引起人们关注. γ-丁内酯工业合成已成为国内研究的热点. 1, 4-丁二醇催化脱氢法是合成 γ-丁内酯的主要方法, 对Cu-Zn-O系列催化剂进行考评发现, 前驱体具有绿铜锌矿组成和结构的催化剂具有良好的催化性能[1]

Abstract: A catalyst for γ-butyrolactone production by liquid phase dehydrocyclization of 1,4 butanediol was prepared from Cu(NO3)2 and Zn(NO3)2 (exact in 1:1 mole ratio) by precipitation method. It showed a good catalytic activity for given reduction at 186~204℃ through H2 reaction at 240℃. The results of XRD, IR and DTA showed that the precursor has the same component and structure, as Aurichalcite.
