摘要: 我们应用微量热法测定了大肠杆菌(E. coli),白色葡萄球菌(S. albus),金黄色葡萄球菌(S. aureus),麦氏弧菌(V. metschnikovii)和霍利氏弧菌(V. bollisae)的生长热谱,得各生长温度(T)下的生长速率常数k及其速率方程.

Abstract: In this paper, the growth rate constants(k) of five bacteria have been determined at different temperatures. From these results a linear equation √k=a+bT can be established for the bacterial growth.
