含4,4'-二羟基二苯酮热致液晶四元共聚酯的合成与表征

摘要: 关于热致液晶芳香族聚醋的研究已有大量的报道[1-3].一般全芳均聚醋具有较高的熔融温度,作为结构型材料具有较好的耐温性,但过高的熔融温度为材料的加工成型带来困难,同时作为改性或原位复合材料也受到限制,降低芳香族聚醋熔融温度主要采用多元共聚、在分子链中引入柔性间隔基团、芳环取代及在分子链中引入刚性扭接基团(Rigid kink).

Abstract: A series of thermotropic liquid crystalline copolyesters was synthesized by melt polycondensation from bis (4-hydroxyphenyl) methanone,terephthalic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and aliphatic diols. The resulting copolyesters were characterized by WAXD, DSC and PLM.All the copolyesters formed a nematic phase.
