在线预浓缩FIA比浊法测定水中微量硫酸根

Determination of Micro-Amount of Sulphate in Water with On-Line Preconcentration by Flow Injection-Turbidimetry

摘要: 流动注射比浊法测定微量硫酸根已有报道[1,2],由于干扰组分的作用使得前处理操作麻烦,影响测定的准确度.本文提出用VS-I阴离子交换纤维在线分离富集硫酸根,使测定准确度和灵敏度都得到相应的提高,同时发挥了流动注射分析的操作简便快速的特点,选择不同的吸附时间,可测定不同含量范围的硫酸根离子,使测定含量范围大为加宽.对实际样品分析.结果令人满意.

Abstract: A flow injection-turbidimetric method for determination of sulphate in water with on-line preconcentration by cation exchange fiber was established.Under the conditions of the acidity of sample being PH=5.0 and the concentration of eluent(NaCl) being 1.0 mol/L,the results of the determination of sulphate are satisfactory.The linear range,the recovery,the detection limit and the RSD of the present method are 8~320 mg/L,98%~102%,0.11mg/L and 0.26% respectively.The sampling rate is 40/h.
