平台石墨炉原子吸收法直接测定镍基合金中铅和锑

摘要: 石墨炉原子吸收法是测定痕量元素最有效的方法之一但是铅和锑都是易挥发元素,为了增强灰化过程中的稳定性和减少损失,并消除基体干扰,通常需引入基体改进剂.但测定镍基合金中铅的报道很少,测定高温镍基合金中锑的报道尚未见到.本文采用把基体改进剂,结合平台技术,测定了高温镍基合金中铅和锑.

Abstract: The ashing temperature could be increased and some interferences from hy-drochloric acid,molybdenum and boron could be eliminated in title method by using Pd and Nias a matrix modifier.The method can be used directly for lead and antimony analysis inhigh temperature nickel-alloy without preseparation of the matrix. The characteristic mass is 28pg and 26pg, the detection limit is 0.13μg/g and 0.23μg/g,the recovery is 94%~103% and 95%~110%,the relative standard deviation is 6.4%~7.6% and 4.7%~7.5% for leadand antimony,respectively.
