摘要: Knoevenagel缩合反应一般在碱催化下进行,常用的催化剂有:氨、钱盐、伯胺和仲胺及它们的盐.该反应也可用氧化铝、AlPO4-A12O3和无水氯化锌催化.而载体氟化物(主要是指无水碱金属氟化物-无机载体)作为一种碱性催化剂在有机合成中获得了广泛的应用,与其它催化剂相比有下列优点:反应条件温和,催化剂活性高,选择性强,后处理简单,产率高且无机载体可再生重复使用.

Abstract: The Knoevenagel cond ensa tion of aromatic aldehydes with ethyl cyanoacetate orcyanoacetamide has been carried out smoothly in the presence of potassium fluoride on alumi-na in high yield of products,and only the E isomers of the products were obtained.
