摘要: 用胶体化学法制备了SnO2超微粒(ultrafineparticle,UFP)水溶胶和有机溶胶,研究了SnO2UFP在十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸作用下的LB膜成膜性,并对SnO2和snO2UFP的气敏特性做了初步的探讨。

Abstract: The aqueous sol and the organic sol of SnO2 ultrafine particles (UFP) were prepared by the colloid chemistry method; The SnO2 UFP LB films prepared in dodecyl benzene sulfonic sodium (DBS) and stearic acid (SA) have been investigated. The gas sensitivities of SnO2 UFP and SnO2 were compared.
