摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用紫外光谱测定甲壳素脱乙酰程度,该法快速简便,重现性好,试样无需特殊处理。

Abstract: A UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of the deacetylation degree of chitin is described based on the stability of chitosan in 0.001mol/L hydrochloric acid. The method is rapid, simple and the pretreatment of the samples is not necessary.
