非离子表面活性剂层状液晶的结构与增溶作用

Structure and Solubilization of Non-ionic Surfactant Lamelar Liquid Crystal

摘要: 相行为研究表明,与Triton X-100/C6H6/H2O体系相比,Triton X-100/C10H21OH/H2O体系更易于生成层状液晶,并更为稳定,小角X-射线衍射表明;Triton X-100/C10H21OH/H2O体系层状液晶中,C10H21OH与Triton X-100交替排列于两亲双层中,C10H21OH/Triton X-100重量比增加,两亲双层厚度d0值不变。以C6H6代替C10H21OH后,C6H6存在于两亲双层的油层和渗入Triton X-100分子链尾周围,使得溶剂渗透率减少,并且C6H6/Triton X-100增加,d0值增加。

Abstract: The phase diagrams showed that for Triton X-100/C10H21OH/H2O system the lamellar liquid crystals were formed more easily and were more stable than Triton X-100/C6H6/H2O system lamellar liquid crystals. SAXD showed that C10H21OH and Triton X-100 are arranged in turn in the amphipathic-layer of Triton X-100/C10H21OH/H2O lamellar liquid crystal and that the thickness of the layer d0 was independent of the weight ratio of C10H21OH to Triton X-100. When C6H6 was used instead of C10H21OH as in Triton X-100/C6H6/H2O lamellar liquid crystals,the d0 values increased with increase of weight ratio of C6H6/Triton X-100.
