摘要: 渗透蒸发用于热敏物质、恒沸物质和组分间沸点相近的有机液体混合物的分离,可节能和简化操作,如乙醇水混合液的分离。 硅橡胶,聚三甲基硅丙炔等少量聚合物属于透醇性膜,而天然高分子膜,离子交换膜以及含亲水基团的共聚物膜等均为透水性膜,尤其是含亲水基团共聚物膜具有力学性能好,分离指标高,亲水基团和憎水基团可以任意调节等优点,本文采用氧化还原体系合成了丙烯腈-丙烯酰胺共聚物及其与丙烯腈-丙烯酸共聚物共混,制备出分离乙醇-水的渗透蒸发膜.

Abstract: Aerylonitrfle and acrylamide copolyner has been synthesized by radical polymerization using ammonium persuLfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator. The dependences of pervaporation characteristics on the copolymer composition, feed concentration and operating temperature have been studied. In order to improve the separation properties of the copolymeric membranes, the blend membranes of poly(aerylonitrfle-co-aerylamide)(Ⅰ) and poly(aerylonitrile-co-acrylie acid)(Ⅱ) have been made from their DMF solutions. It was found that the separation factor of the blend membrane had a much greater value when the weight fraction of copolymer(Ⅱ) was less than 50%.
