四氯合铂(Ⅳ)类配合物的合成表征及其抗癌作用

摘要: 顺铂作为第一代无机抗癌药物已被广泛使用,但副作用较大。碳铂是第二代无机抗癌药物,虽肾毒性和肠胃道反应比顺铂低,但在某些肿瘤治疗方面,活性低于顺铂。最近,Aderson等发现tetraplatin(tetrachloro(d,1-trans)1,2-dimino cyclohexane platinum (Ⅳ))对L1210白血病比顺铂有更好的疗效,并有广谱的抗癌活性,较高的水溶性和较低的毒性,尤其是对L1210白血病延命率>300%,对P388白血病延命率>98%[1]。本文报道5种新的四氯合铂(Ⅳ)类配合物的合成,表征及其抗癌作用。

Abstract: Five tetraplatinum (Ⅳ)analogue complexes were synthesized and characterized, The antitumour activity of the synthesized complexes against S-180 in mice and their water and ethylacetate solubilities were determined, The complex of was found to have a higher activity, The relationship between the activity of the complexes and their water and ethylacetate solubilities, the mechanism of the action of Pt (Ⅳ)complexes were discussed.
