缩聚反应合成侧链液晶聚合物

摘要: 侧链液晶聚合物的合成方法,可归纳为3类:一是烯基的单体,如甲基丙烯酸酯[1],或丙烯酸酯[2],氯代丙烯酸酯[3]等,经自由基聚合反应,阴离子聚合反应[4]及甲基丙烯酸酯的基团转移聚合反应,得到侧链液晶聚合物;二是变性反应,如聚硅氧烷与丙烯酸酯介晶化合物反应[6,7],聚甲基丙烯酸(或盐),聚丙烯酸醋(或盐)与含介晶卤代物相转移催化反应[8],磷睛化合物与酚钠或醇钠反应[9]等;三是缩聚反应,如丙二酸二甲醋(或乙醋)与二元醇如丁二醇进行醋交换缩聚反应[10],本文报道了一种合成侧链液晶聚合物新方法。

Abstract: A series of side-chain liquid crystalline polymers were prepared by polycondensation of the glycidyl ether derivatives of mesomorphic compounds with an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or anhydride. The polymers were characterized by IR.1H NMR,their liquid crystalline properties were investigatod by DSC and porarized optical microscope.
