摘要: B302Q型Co-Mo/Al2O3催化剂在制备过程中要经过一高温区,活性组分Co、Mo会与载体Al2O3发生反应,生成无活性的CoAl2O4,CoMoO4和低活性的CO9S8。而活性相MoS2晶化程度加快,使催化剂活性降低[1-3]。不过B302Q比C25-2-02(美国),SKK(丹麦)及B301等Co-Mo系催化剂有更好的活性与理想的结构分布[4],本文用XRF,XRD和XPS等方法探了 B302Q和不经焙烧的EB-4球形耐硫变换催化剂[5]在微观结构上的差异。

Abstract: Two types of Co-Mo spherical sulfur-resistant water-gas shift catalysts, B302Q and EB-4, have been studied in their microstructure by XRF, XRD and XPS methods.The results showed that the fcrmation of CoAl2O4 and CoMoO4 phases during the calcination leads in the deactivation of the catalyst B302Q.
