摘要: 本文制备了哒嗪-碘电荷转移复合物,导电率达1—1021S/cm。使之与碘混合在碘含量达98%时,仍具有1S/cm的导电率。用电压端短路法测量导电率的温度依赖性,发现在室温—-30℃导电率升高20%,在-30—100℃间导电率下降为室温时的-10%或更小。还报道了元素分析、x射线光电子能谱及激光拉曼光谱的数据。

Abstract: The pyridazine-I2 charge transfer complexes have been found to have an electrical conductivity of 1-102 S/cm and a mixture of the complex with solid I2 up to 98% showed a conductivity greater than 1 S/cm. The voltage shorted compaction technique was used for the conductivity measurement. The complex sample showed a 20% increase in conductivity fromroom temperature to-30℃ and the value then decreases with further lowering the temperature to-10% of σRT at-100℃. XPS and laser Raman spectral data are also reported.
