BiPbSbSrCaCuO的超导电性

SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IN BiPbSbSrCaCuO SYSTEM

摘要: 据报,在BiPbSrCaCuO中加Sb形成BiPbSbSrCaCuO体系的Tc可达130K[1]。但其组成、结构、性质等均未见详细报道。我们合成了一系列BiPbSbSrCaCuO,发现了一个具有2212相结构、但Tc却为~110K的超导相。 试样制备包括将Bi2O3,PbO,Sb2O3,SrCO3,CaO和CuO(AR级)混匀、碾磨、于800℃预烧10h,再碾碎压片后在840-860℃烧结,淬火后取出测Tc和XRD。

Abstract: Incorporating Sb to BiPbSrCaCuO system led to the appearance of a second phase.Besides this impure phase the XRD pattern of the main phase of Bil6 Pb0.4Sb10Sr1.5-2.0Ca2Cu2Oy could be indexed with a tetragonal structure with cell parameters a=0.54 andc=3.06nm, i.e. it corresponds to the low-Tc phase of BiSrCaCuO system,the so called 2212phase.It is of interest to indicate that this phase(with Sb and Pb incorporation)showed aTc at~110K and Tonset at~120K favorably close to that of the high-Tc phase ofBi(Pb)SrCaCuO system the so called 2223 phase.It is also observed that the c-axis wasincreased from 3.06nm to 3.08nm and Tc was increased as the ignition time waslengthened.
