摘要: 高分子阻尼材料的特点是玻璃化转变区宽,阻尼因子大.采用共混的方法制备阻尼材料,是改进高聚物阻尼性能的一个简单易行的方法.但是,目前所报道的共混工作多以高聚物与高聚物共混为主,对于低聚物与高聚物共混方面的研究,尚未见系统阐述.

Abstract: In this paper the preparation of polymer(PVC)-oligomer(HTBN) blends and their damping properties, mechanical properties and morphological structures are presented. It isfound that (1) the damping properties of PVC—HTBN biends are better than that of PVC itself, (2) HTBN content in blends and acrylonitrile content in HTBN have noticeableeffects on the mechanical properties of the blends, and (3) morphologically the blends have cell structure in which two phases can exist with dim boundary.
