浸渍法制备的ZnO/r-Al2O3催化剂的宏观结构特点

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文系统考察了浸渍法制备的ZnO/γ-Al₂O₃催化剂的宏观结构,研究了所生成的缺锌铝酸锌(Zn_xAl₂O_3+x,02O₃的孔结构。据此,可以制取各种孔结构的Zn_xAl₂O_3+x以满足不同的要求,而共沉淀制备法难以做到这一点。

Abstract: In this papar, the macrostructure of ZnO/γ-Al₂O₃ samples prepared by impregnation method has been investigated systematically. The pattern of change in crystallite size and in specific surface area of the formed zinc-deficient zinc aluminate (Zn_x Al₂O_3+x 02O₃ was found to be roughly retained in Zn_xAl₂O_3+x prepared by impregnation at the temperature used in preparation and operation of catalysts, so by using the impregnation method one can prepare Zn_xAl₂O_3+x of different pore structure to satisfy various demands, Which is hardly realized in coprecipitation method.
