摘要： 文献[1]中已报导了三羟甲基胺基甲烷(缓血酸胺,THAM)的质子解离常数。我们用1H和13C NMR方法研究了这一试剂的质子解离过程。

Abstract: The proton dissociation process of tris-(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane(THAM) has been studied by 1H and 13C NMR methods.The proton dissociation constant of the title compound determined was pK=8,15, which was in good agreement with the re-sults obtained by other methods in the literature.
