摘要: 对于Ti基RuO2-TiO2涂层形稳阳极(DSA,dimen.sionally stable anode)的失效原因,虽然进行过不少研究,但往往着重在电极电位发生突变,即电极失效后期;缺少对电极失效过程中电极性能的演变进行研究。我们在电化学方法研究基础上进一步采用俄歇电子能谱技术(AES),对寿命试验过程中不同电解时间的DSA电极的表面成份和纵向的元素分布进行了研究。

Abstract: Auger electron spectroscopy was used to study the activity loss of DSA (Dimensio-nally Stable Anode) made of Ti-Ru oxide in H2SO4 solution. It is proposed on the basis of the experimental data that under the accelerated life test conditions the loss of DSA activity results from the dissolution of active Ru on the electrode surface.
