Copyright Transfer Agreement

       In accordance with the Copyright Law of the Republic of China, from the date of signing the original agreement, the authors (copyright owners) indicated above agree to publish the article in Chinese Journal of Applied Chemistry, and agree to transfer the copyright of the article to the Editorial office of the journal once the article is accepted by the journal. The terms are as followed.

1. Authors guarantee that the article is an original piece of work and does not involve confidential break, multiple submissions, or copyright infringement of third-parties. In case of any infringement or confidential break, all responsibilities shall be borne by authors.

2. The authors guarantee that there is no dispute about the authorship. In case of any dispute of authorship, the responsibility shall be borne by authors.

3. All authors agree that once the above-mentioned article is accepted, the copyright of the whole article and figures, tables, abstracts, or any part extracted from the article, shall be transferred to the editorial office of the journal, including but not limited to the right of reproduction, distribution, online dissemination, performance, translation, compilation, adaptation, etc. The journal has right to make use of the copyright through methods including but not limited to:

    1) Copy, distribute, and disseminate the article in various known or future forms, formats, and media (including but not limited to print, CD, disk, network, etc.)

    2) Translate, adapt, compile the article, or make another work using the figures, tables, abstracts, or any part from the article.

    3) Perform and disseminate the work in various forms of expression (including but not limited to oral and written form).

    4) License all or part of the above rights to third-parties.

    5) Transfer period: the lawful period of copyright protection.

    6) Transfer scope: worldwide.

4.   Chinese Journal of Applied Chemistry is an open access journal. Once published, all articles will be immediately and permanently available for readers to read and download free of charge. Permitted third party reuse of the articles published by the journal is defined by the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows reusers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as the license terms below are followed: reusers must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Reusers may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses the use. Reusers may not use the material for commercial purposes. If reusers remix, transform, or build upon the material, they may not distribute the modified material.

5.    The transferred copyright defined in this agreement shall not be transferred again by the author to another journal. The authors have right to spread or make use of the article under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License. They can cite or translate parts of the article in their subsequent works, or compile them in their non-journal collections.

6.    The journal has licensed China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) to reproduce, compile, distribute, and online disseminate the full text of this journal in digital form. All signed authors submitting articles for publication in this journal are deemed as agreed to this arrangement. For any objections, authors shall make a statement when submitting, and the journal will handle the request case by case.

7.    Copyright transfer and licensing fees: The transfer of rights is free of charge.

8.    This agreement shall be signed by hand by all authors in order. A scanned copy shall be attached and submitted alongside the manuscript. The scanned copy has the same legal effect as the original copy.

9.    Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) Usage Statement [Yes/No to Use: ]
During the preparation of this study [specific section, such as literature review/method section], the author utilized [AIGC specific tool/service name and version number] to assist in [purpose of use: such as literature research/data analysis/chart creation/text polishing, etc.].
