Abstract:

A novel amperometric penicillin immunosensor is proposed by pretreating the surface of glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) and immobilizing glutaraldehyde (GA) for cross-linker, then co-immobilizing new methylene blue (NMB)and horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled penicillin polyclonal antibody (Ab?) on a glassy carbon electrode through covalent bonding.Penicillin residues in chicken for the quantitative research has been completed through cyclic voltammetry inspected electrochemical properties of the surface of the electrode. The experiment results showed the linear dependence of current on penicillin residues is in the range of 5~45 ng/g, the correlation coefficient is 0.9747 ,and the detection limit is 1.90 ng/g.
