Surface-Enhanced NIR-FT-Raman Spectra of Vitamin B Drugs In-Situ Recorded from Thin Layer Chromatographic Spots

Abstract: The surface-enhanced NIR-FT-Raman spectra of two vitamin B drugs in-situ recorded from thin layer chromatographic(TLC) plate are reported. The in-situ identification of TLC spots from 3 μg-drug reveals similar main spectral feature as that of solid samples. In addition, the sensitivity enhancement has been improved greatly by using silver colloid activated thin layer chromatographic spots.
