Abstract: The thermograms of Aerobacter aerogenes in solutions with different concentrations of Schiff base metal complexes have been determined by use of the LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor. The experimental results show that the sequence of antiaerobacter aerogenes activity of Schiff base metal complexes is:Co(Ⅲ)-2,4-L>Zn-2,4-L>2,4-L>Fe(Ⅲ)-2, 4-L>Cu(Ⅲ)-2,4-L(2,4-L:2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde glucosamine Schiff bases).Their half inhibitory concentrations also increase with this sequence.
