Abstract: Using WAXD method, the crystalline behaviours of poly (butadiene-co-isoprene) (Ln-PBI) at low temperature were studied. When the weight ratio of butadiene/isoprene is <80/20, the Ln-PBI becomes noncrystalline even at very low temoerature(-110℃). However, when weight ratio is >80/20, the crystallinity of Ln PBI increases with decrease of crystallization temoerature, but the lattice parameters changes insignificantly. The crystal of Ln-PBI is considered mainly contributed by Ln-PB sequences and still belongs to monoclinic system.
