Abstract: In this paper reaction of polyglycidylmethacrylate with α-amino acid is discussed.Th-rough the reaction some polymer ligand resins grafted with various α-amino acids were obtained. L-Proline grafted on polyglycidylmethacrylate was able to be complexed with copper(Ⅱ) ions and it could be used for the complete resolution of D, L-phe by column chromatography, and D-enatiomer was eluated in front of the L-isomer.
